Our specialist services provide a range of assessment, treatment and rehabilitation interventions on an inpatient, outpatient, and community basis to patients who have mental health and/or physical health needs.

The services are provided by a range of professionals including nurses, doctors, social workers, psychologists and occupational therapists. Further to an individual assessment of needs, the team works with each person to develop a treatment plan to support them through their recovery, and/or towards achieving their goals.

In meeting a person’s individual needs the team works with families, friends and carers to provide the right type of support, advice and education where appropriate.

The services work in a joined up way and in partnership with numerous agencies including the voluntary and independent sector to provide choice and best value throughout each person’s healthcare journey.

The team’s close working relationship with community teams encourages in-reaching to allow service users to maintain contact with their respective care coordinator.
