ENRICH Forum taster session

Venue:
Via Microsoft Teams
ENRICH stands for Enabling Research in Care Homes and this month as part of our ENRICH Forum meeting, we are inviting all Lincolnshire care home staff and managers to join us. If you are not already part of the ENRICH family, come along and see the kind of opportunities we provide in our bi-monthly forums which are hosted by the University of Lincoln.
We have a great programme for this session – Dr Sue Easton from the University of Lincoln is presenting her ideas for a research study called “Help me find my way home” which is about a button for clothing for people with Dementia who get lost when they walk about.
Also on the programme is a currently recruiting study in Lincolnshire called, “Rapid evaluation of the care home response to the need for palliative and end of life care during the COVID-19 pandemic” from Kings College London. This study offers a great opportunity for you to take part in a clinical trial and make a start on a research profile for your care home to show CQC during an inspection. It also opens the door to communication from the front line to policy makers.
If you would like to attend (virtually) please email the LPFT Research Team at lpft.research@nhs.net
