A summary of some of the health and wellbeing resources available to staff to help manage issues such as anxiety, nutrition or adapting to life during COVID-19.

Wellbeing videos

Staff from Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Recovery College and Staff Wellbeing Team have put together a number of helpful wellbeing videos to help you with your own wellbeing.

Videos include:

  • Quick home exercises
  • Setting up your office chair correctly
  • Tips for working at home
  • Dealing with anxiety during coronavirus

Free fitness platform for NHS employees- Fit4thefight

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust has developed a free fitness platform for NHS staff which includes a collection of dedicated, original fitness videos for staff to do at home to keep up their fitness and encourage a more active lifestyle.

NHS staff can sign up to the platform by visiting www.fit4thefight.org/nhs-members-area and registering using an NHS email address

Financial wellbeing support

Our aim is to support our NHS people with their financial wellbeing. NHS England and NHS Improvement are working with the Money Advice Service, an organisation who work to improve people’s financial wellbeing across the UK, to provide all our NHS employees with free and independent financial support.

They have a variety of offers that you are able to engage with personally, or signpost colleagues to who may need this support.
