The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust has developed a free fitness platform for NHS staff which includes a collection of dedicated, original fitness videos for staff to do at home to keep up their fitness and encourage a more active lifestyle.
NHS staff can sign up to the platform by visiting www.fit4thefight.org/nhs-members-area and registering using an NHS email address
Our aim is to support our NHS people with their financial wellbeing. NHS England and NHS Improvement are working with the Money Advice Service, an organisation who work to improve people’s financial wellbeing across the UK, to provide all our NHS employees with free and independent financial support.
They have a variety of offers that you are able to engage with personally, or signpost colleagues to who may need this support.
