We are seeking an outstanding governance professional to help ensure that effective governance keeps the Trust safe and able to offer an outstanding service to our community.

This role offers an attractive very senior manager salary based on the successful applicant’s experience.

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a successful healthcare organisation delivering mental health, learning disability and autism services across a county heralded as a fantastic place to live and work.

We are looking for a governance professional with an extensive knowledge of NHS legislation and policy.  You will be articulate, engaging, and able to communicate effectively in highly complex, and at times challenging, environments.

Working alongside our Executive Team, Board of Directors and Council of Governors you will be responsible for ensuring the Trust’s compliance with legislation, statutory duties, and our own Constitution.

Continuing the development and maintenance of the Trust’s existing robust governance practices, you will be accountable for ensuring the effective operation of corporate governance in our council, board, committees, membership, legal, trust headquarters and mental health act admin teams.

As the successful applicant; you will be in a highly rewarding position of trust, working with other members of the Board and our governors, within the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System.  You will have significant freedom to act and the ability to make decisions that support people to live well in their communities.
