Congratulations to the Lincoln Core CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service) Team who have been shortlisted for the Team of the Year Award at the Community Awards 2021, run by Lincs FM and St Hugh’s Hospital.
The Community Awards panel were impressed with how the team have continued to provide support to young people accessing the service throughout the pandemic, both digitally and face-to-face. The team have supported each other through increased demand and challenges over the past year.
We wish the team the best of luck for the announcement and awards ceremony on 3 September!

There are sometimes negative perceptions of CAMHS but my recent experience with the service has really helped me, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support I’ve received. It feels like the staff at Lincoln CAMHS genuinely care about their service users and want to make a positive change. Despite all the challenges COVID has brought, CAMHS Lincoln has done an amazing job and are still doing great. The service is exceptional".
