Survival Guide to Change Workshop

This five part ‘Survival Guide to Change’ online workshop series has been created to support children and young people to learn new strategies to help manage during times of uncertainty.

This workshop series is suitable for young people aged 10 years or over. Younger children are likely to need support from parents or carers in completing this workshop. Before you start the workshop please download the accompanying 'survival guide to change' workbook.

Managing Worries and Anxious Feelings Workshop

This online workshop is to support children and young people learn new strategies to help manage their worries and anxiety. Younger children are likely to need support from parents/carers in completing this workshop. Before you start the workshop please download one of the workbooks below. The workbooks  are designed to be printed and filled out.

Managing Angry Feelings Workshop

This online workshop supports children and young people learn new strategies to help manage their anger. The workshop is aimed at young people under 12 years of age. Younger children are likely to need support from parents/carers in completing this workshop. Before you start the workshop please download the accompanying 'managing angry feelings' workbook.


Parents and Carers supporting children with Anxiety and Additional Needs Workshop

This two part online workshop has been created to support parents and carers and professionals learn new strategies to understand and support children or young people presenting with anxiety and additional needs.
