Anxiety can present itself in many different ways and having an understanding of anxiety can allow you to help your child or young person through this difficult time.
The aims of this workshop are:
- To understand what anxiety is
- To understand when anxiety becomes a problem
- To leave with some ideas of what to do to help children and young people struggling with anxiety
