Low Mood can present itself in many different ways and having an understanding of low mood can allow you to help your child or young person through this difficult time.
The aims of this workshop are:
- To know the difference between low mood and depression?
- To know the signs of when your child/young person might be experiencing depression?
- To leave with some ideas of what to do to help children and young people struggling with depression?
