Anxiety can present itself in many different ways and having an understanding of anxiety can allow you to help a child or young person through this difficult time.
The aims of this workshop are:
- To understand what anxiety is
- To identify when it becomes a problem
- How to help CYP who may be experiencing anxiety as a problem.
