What is steps2change?

One in four of us experience mental health problems at some point in our lives.

If you feel that your daily life is being affected by conditions such as stress, anxiety or depression, then we’re here to help.

We offer a variety of treatments, tailored to suit your needs.  Best of all, the treatments we use are recommended by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) – and are proven to be effective. Our services are:

  • proven to be effective and helpful
  • flexible to suit your lifestyle - early or late appointments, individual or group, telephone or face to face, choice of locations

    To help understand what mindfulness is and how it can be beneficial in everyday life steps2change, NHS talking therapies service in Derbyshire will be running free mindfulness taster sessions during Mental Health Awareness Week (11-17 May 2015).
