How to get in touch with us

We are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but you can contact us at any time on any day. 

If you need us urgently, please use the out of hours number (above) or Telephone 999.

We can make telephone, face to face and British Sign Language interpreters available to ensure you are able to access the services we provide. Our website contains full details of the available services and you can access this information in a number of languages by use of the Google Translation options provided at the bottom of the website. Simply select the language that corresponds to your needs to translate the site into that language, however, please note it is a simplistic word for word translation tool. We can offer more specialist services on the phone or in person by arrangement.

If you do not speak English at all it will be helpful if you ask someone to ring on your behalf to inform us what language you do speak so that we can arrange the necessary interpreter to talk to you.

We want to keep your contact with Spring Lodge confidential but if we are worried about your safety or the safety of other people we will talk to you about whether other people need to know.
