Healthy Minds Lincolnshire Online Parent Workshops

Published on: 7th July 2020

Has your child been worrying more since the COVID-19 outbreak?
As a parent/carer would you like to learn some strategies to help them manage their emotional wellbeing?

If so, Healthy Minds Lincolnshire are offering online workshops for parents/carers via Webex during Summer 2020 that may be useful for you.

The ‘Improving a Young Person’s Wellbeing’ workshop has been designed to give parents an overview of emotional wellbeing, worries and the positive and negative effects of change.  We will be sharing evidence based strategies and give you some tools that you can use with your child within the home environment to help them manage their worries.

Please Note: The strategies given relate to low level emotional wellbeing, so if your child is currently under the care of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) this workshop may not be appropriate.

All workshops can be booked via our Eventbrite page, but please note that places are limited so book on ASAP!
