Managing angry feelings workshop

These online workshops supports children and young people learn new strategies to help manage their anger. Younger children are likely to need support from parents/carers in completing this workshop

Anxious feelings workshop

This online workshop is to support children and young people learn new strategies to help manage their worries and anxiety. Younger children are likely to need support from parents/carers in completing this workshop. Before you start the workshop please download one of the workbooks below. The workbooks are designed to be printed and filled out.

Moving up to Secondary school

This online workshop is designed for year 6 children who will be moving up to secondary school in the next year. This workshop gives practical advice about making the transition a positive experience.

Parent workshop - Supporting children with anxious feelings and additional needs
