Memory Support Service

If you or a family member has dementia or mild cognitive impairment (MCI), we can help you get the support you need.

Supporting you

If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with dementia, or mild cognitive impairment, our Memory Support Service can offer information and guidance on how to live as well as possible with the diagnosis.

We can provide information and guidance relating to the diagnosis as well as support your carer and/or loved ones with how they can support you and themselves in the future.

How we can help?

We can help you find services and support networks that will benefit you and your carer and/or loved ones.

We support people in Lincolnshire with:

  • understanding the diagnosis and what this could mean for you and your carer or loved ones.
  • understanding the importance of planning for the future.
  • accessing the right support to enable you to live in the local community for as long as possible.
  • building resilience and confidence to manage the impact of the diagnosis.
  • identifying the range of support services available for someone with this diagnosis or for those who are supporting you.

Working together

The Memory Support Service works alongside community mental health teams, memory clinics and partner organisations across the county.
