Help us make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities across Lincolnshire
We're dedicated to providing exceptional mental health, learning disability, autism and dementia services across Lincolnshire.
The results of the national NHS Staff Survey that took place at the end of 2025 show that nearly 70% of respondents working at the Trust would recommend it as a place to work.
We also saw strong scores in health and wellbeing support, work-life balance and flexible working, meaning you can join an organisation that understands that life doesn't stop when you start work.

National Staff Survey 2025
In our latest 2025 NHS staff survey results it was really positive to see we saw strong results in flexible working, work-life balance, and level of support for staff health and wellbeing.
However, this doesn’t limit our ambition to continually improve in these areas and elsewhere. It provides us opportunities to listen to our staff, look at what other Trusts may be doing, and learn as an organisation how can continue to help encourage and support staff.
Where we are doing well
- Work–life balance, which remains our highest scoring area and continues to perform strongly nationally.
- Flexible working, where we remain among the top Trusts.
- Compassionate leadership, with line management support for health and wellbeing scoring highly.
Opportunities for Development
We are committed to providing pathways and opportunities for development for all staff. We are proud of our partnership with the University of Lincoln and the Lincoln Medical School. The Medical School has been supporting the expansion of our academic offerings to nurture and value talent across the Trust.
We value allowing people to be themselves and are committed to being openly supportive and celebrating diversity. We have three active staff network groups:
- Black Asian Minority Ethnics (BAME)
- Lesbian Gay Bi-Sexual Transgender (LGBT+)
- Staff with Mental and Physical Lived Experience (MAPLE).
This has resulted in annual staff conferences and some great national accolades such as the Trust being included in the Top 100 organisations in the country within the Stonewall Index. We have developed our values, behaviours and culture over the past three years and we live by them.
