Vision and values

As a Trust we have six core values which all help to achieve our vision to

 "To support people to live well in their communities".  

Our values are based on the national values set out in the NHS constitution and are well embedded in all we do. 

Our values were developed in 2015 in collaboration with staff, services users and their families, however in light of our recent refreshed strategy we are in the process of reviewing these to ensure they remain aligned to our new ambitions as an organisation.
