As a Trust we have five core values which all help to achieve our vision to
"To support people to live well in their communities".
Our values were developed in collaboration with staff, services users and their families and have been refreshed in 2024 to reflect the ambitions in our Trust strategy They are also based on the national values set out in the NHS constitution .
