We would like to invite patients, service users, carers, members, partner organisations, staff and local residents to join us for Annual Public and Members' Meeting this year.
Our Annual Public and Members' Meeting is an opportunity to hear about the work taking place across the Trust, reflect on the past year and learn more about our plans for the future. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Over the last 12 months, we have continued to support thousands of people across Lincolnshire through our mental health, dementia, learning disability and autism services. Like many NHS organisations, we have faced challenges, but at the same time, have continued to make improvements, strengthen partnerships and adapt our services to better meet the needs of the communities we serve.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to look back on some of the progress made during the year, hear about the experiences and achievements of our teams and understand the priorities shaping our work in the years ahead. We will also reflect on some important milestones for the Trust, including our recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) well-led assessment and other achievements across our services.
More than anything, the event is a chance to understand how local services are evolving, the difference being made for patients and service users, and how we are working with partners across Lincolnshire to support people to live well in their communities.
During the meeting, you will hear from Trust leaders about our performance over the last year, highlights from our Annual Report and Accounts, and the opportunities and challenges ahead. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and find out more about the work taking place across the Trust.
Whether you have a personal connection to our services, work with us as a partner organisation or simply have an interest in local NHS services, we hope you will join us.
