Our Single Point of Access (SPA) service provides the first point of contact for people aged 18 and over who wish to access mental health and learning disability services in Lincolnshire.
Designed for both routine or urgent referrals and enquiries, the Single Point of Access Contact Centre is staffed by fully qualified and skilled healthcare professionals 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week, 365-days-a-year. The team provides advice and guidance through a triage process, where the urgency of care required is assessed.

If you’re feeling low, anxious or stressed and you think that talking to another person may help you cope you can call the new mental health helpline in Lincolnshire which is open 24/7. Our helpline is experiencing a high number of calls at the moment. If you do not get through the first time, please keep trying. This helpline is for people 18+ years old.

steps2change provides talking therapies for people 16 years and older experiencing problems with anxiety, depression, stress, and offers help with issues like bereavement or the impact of a traumatic event.
If you feel that you would like to access talking therapies you don't need to make an appointment with your GP or healthcare professional. You can self-refer to our service by following this link for more information
An advice line for those supporting people with their mental health.
The Lincolnshire Mental Health Adviser Helpline is there to support, enable and empower people to deal with mental health queries and issues when they need information, advice or signposting.
The advice line is staffed by LPFT registered mental health practitioners who will offer support, information and advice on how to proceed with a mental health query someone is dealing with, so that you can continue to provide support to the person you are working with.
Where necessary, practitioners can signpost you to other relevant services or organisations. These may be LPFT services, other statutory services, as well as non-statutory services such as voluntary and community organisations.
The helpline is available to anyone working with people experiencing mental health difficulties, whether you work for statutory, community, third sector or voluntary organisations.
