Single Point of Access

Our Single Point of Access (SPA) service is the first point of contact for you, if you would like to access mental health and learning disability services in Lincolnshire.

• You can refer yourself. 
• You can make enquiries on behalf of a family member or friend. (with their permission). 
• You can refer to our psychological therapy services (known as steps2change).
• You can call us for urgent referrals or routine enquiries. 

The team provides advice and guidance through a triage process, where the urgency of care required is assessed. This means you will be directed to the most appropriate service.

When you call us, you will speak to a fully qualified and skilled healthcare professional.
