The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017/328 Schedule 2 information is shown in the tables below.
The Trust’s data used in the tables is published in line with Cabinet Office guidance. Trade Union regulations place a legislative requirement on the Trust to collate and publish a range of data on the amount and cost of facility time within our organisation on an annual basis.

Time spent on paid union activity
