In Lincolnshire we have been working as a system to bring together interested agencies from health, care, police and voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector on the issues that LPFT as a specialist secondary care provider cannot solve alone and that require a multi-agency approach to ensure people of all ages with mental ill health, dementia, a learning disability, and/or autistic people, are enabled to live independent, safe, well, and fulfilled lives in their local communities.
The Mental Health, Dementia, Learning Disability and Autism Alliance, is a strategic alliance that forms part of the wider Lincolnshire Integrated Care System named Better Lives Lincolnshire.
