Share your views on local learning disability community hubs

We regularly want to review our services to make sure they are delivering what people need.

To help us do this we want to hear from people who have used our services, or maybe haven't, but may want to in the future, to understand what works well, what could be better and what might be missing.

This is something our local learning disability community hubs are currently looking at and they need your help.

We have developed this short survey to gather people's views and will be talking to people over the next few months as we look at how we might want to change our services in the future.

If you would like to be involved in these conversations on how we could make accessing local learning disability support even better please let us know, as we will be setting up a group to work with us on our future service design and to help us develop information that people may find useful.
