Share your views on our adult autism support services

At Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) we regularly review our services to make sure we are making the best use of the resources we have available to support people.

To help us do this we want to hear from people who have used our services, or maybe haven't, but may want to in the future, to understand what works well, what could be better and what might be missing.

This is something our Adult Autism Diagnostic, Post-Diagnostic and Virtual Autism Hub services are currently looking at and they need your help.

To find out what these services currently do visit our website by using this link.

We have developed this short survey to gather people's views and will be talking to people over the next few months as we look at how we might want to change our services in the future.

The survey will be open until 1 January 2026 and can be completed online by using this link.

Help completing our survey
If you would prefer to speak to a member of our team about your experience, you need support in completing the survey, require an alternative format, or the survey in another language, please contact the participation team on lpft.involvement@nhs.net or call 07773 206341.

Thank you for your time and sharing your feedback and we hope you’ll join us in our working group going forward.

Responses to this survey will be received by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and will be kept confidential under the Data Protection Act 2018.
