Nominations now open for Team LPFT Values Awards

Published on: 12th April 2023

Lincolnshire’s NHS mental health, learning disabilities and autism trust would like to invite you to nominate staff and volunteers as part of its annual Team LPFT Values Awards.

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) has opened nominations for this year’s awards and service users, carers and members of the public are encouraged to submit nominations in two categories - the People’s Award and the Volunteer of the Year Award.

The awards celebrate success and recognise staff, teams and volunteers who deliver outstanding care for service users, carers, families and colleagues. This is the perfect opportunity to show gratitude and praise those who go the extra mile and personify the LPFT values; compassion, pride, integrity, valuing everybody, innovation, and collaboration.

The People’s Award winner will be an individual or team which is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care and an exceptional level of service above and beyond the call of duty.

The Volunteer of the Year will be a volunteer, peer support worker or governor who gives their time and energy free of charge to support the Trust in providing high quality patient experience.

Sarah Connery, Chief Executive at LPFT, said:

“I’m delighted that nominations are now open for our annual awards so we can celebrate the very best thing about LPFT – its people!

“Our annual LPFT Values Awards give us an amazing opportunity to highlight and showcase all of the great work our fabulous healthcare professionals and support teams within the Trust have done over the last 12 months. So, if there’s a staff member, a volunteer or a team that has made a real difference to you or a loved one, please do let us know!”

The award criteria and nomination form are available on the Trust’s website at www.lpft.nhs.uk/staff-awards. Alternatively, paper copies are available by emailing lpft.communications@nhs.net or calling 01522 309194.

Nominations will close on Friday 28 April 2023 and the shortlist will be announced in May. The winners will be revealed at the ceremony this Autumn.
