Have you had lived experience of mental health rehabilitation services, cared for someone in rehabilitation services or have an interest in NHS mental health community care? Then we’d like to talk to you and other partners about how we can improve mental health rehabilitation services in the county.
We would like to hear your views, experiences, ideas and thoughts to help us provide and develop the best support for people now, and in the future.
Service users, carers, stakeholders, charities and health and social professionals are all welcome to join us at one of our public online forums.
