Finalists announced for the 2025/26 Team LPFT Values Awards
Published on: 4th February 2026
Our annual awards recognise LPFT staff and volunteers who are making a difference to the lives of people with mental health problems, dementia, learning disabilities and autism in Lincolnshire. The awards are the perfect opportunity to show gratitude and praise individuals and teams who demonstrate dedication and personify the LPFT values.
This year we received over 200 nominations for staff, volunteers and teams. Special thanks must be extended to all staff, service users and carers who took the time and effort to put forward their nominations. The response was truly overwhelming, and a great reflection of the hard work and dedication seen from staff and volunteers across the Trust every day.
After careful consideration and deliberation, we are delighted to be able to announce the shortlist for this year's awards.
