Lincolnshire’s NHS mental health and learning disabilities Trust would like to invite you to nominate staff and volunteers as part of its annual Staff Excellence Awards.
Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) has opened nominations for this year’s awards and service users, carers and members of the public are encouraged to submit nominations in two categories - the People’s Award and the Volunteer of the Year Award.
The awards recognise those who are dedicated to making a difference to the lives of service users, carers, families and colleagues. This is the perfect opportunity to show gratitude and praise individuals, volunteers and teams who go the extra mile and personify the LPFT values; compassion, pride, integrity, valuing everybody, innovation, and collaboration.
The People’s Award winner will be an individual or team which is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care and an exceptional level of service above and beyond the call of duty.
The Volunteer of the Year will be a volunteer, peer support worker or governor who gives their time and energy free of charge to support the Trust in providing high quality patient experience.

“These awards provide an amazing opportunity to celebrate the commitment and compassion of LPFT staff and volunteers.
“Our top priority is providing safe, effective and high-quality care, and we couldn’t do this without the efforts of our people. We are incredibly proud of our Trust and everyone in it and will be sharing some of their achievements over the next few months.
“We look forward to rewarding staff for their hard work over what has been an especially challenging year during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nominations will close on Monday 18 April 2022 and the shortlist will be announced in May. The winners will be revealed at the Staff Excellence Awards ceremony in July.
