After nearly six successful years in office Paul Devlin, Chair of Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, will reach his maximum term of office in April 2021 and the Trust is seeking a high calibre replacement.
This demanding yet rewarding position will offer a real opportunity to make a difference to people in Lincolnshire, particularly in local mental health and learning disability services.
The Trust is looking for someone with substantial senior or board level experience, in a complex organisation, who has a passion for providing outstanding care for the Trust’s service users and carers.
The Chair provides leadership to both the Board of Directors and the Council of Governors and ensures high standards of governance across all Trust activities. They also lead the organisation in strengthening the positive relationships with the local community and stakeholders.

To be eligible for the role, candidates must qualify to be a member of the Trust and applications are open until 29 November 2020. The Trust plans to make an appointment early in the new year with the new Chair taking up the role from 1 May 2021.
