LPFT successfully renews Triangle of Care Star 1 and 2 accreditation for 2026–27

We are delighted to share that LPFT has successfully renewed its Triangle of Care Star 1 and 2 accreditation for 2026–27.
The accreditation, awarded by the Carers Trust, recognises our Trust’s ongoing commitment to working in partnership with carers and families and embedding the principles of the Triangle of Care across our services.
In its feedback, the Carers Trust congratulated LPFT on this achievement, acknowledging the progress made over the past year and recognising the dedication of colleagues, carers, Carer Leads and Champions, and the Experience of Care Team in driving this work forward.
The feedback report highlights many areas of good practice while also providing recommendations to support the Trust’s continued development over the coming year.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this achievement. Your commitment to involving carers, listening to their experiences and working collaboratively continues to strengthen the care we provide across LPFT.
The next annual Triangle of Care submission will take place in May 2027 as we continue building on this success.
