The NHS in Lincolnshire want to understand how people have accessed services during the coronavirus pandemic.
We have had to change the way we provide some services such as talking to our clinicians over the phone or on video rather than face to face, and are looking at ways we can provide services in the future - your feedback on this will ensure our changes are effective and sustainable.
