We’re inviting children, young people, parents, carers and professionals to share their views on children and young people’s autism and learning disability mental health services in Lincolnshire.
Last year, in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council we launched a review of the mental health services available locally for Lincolnshire’s young people. This involved an initial survey and several engagement events.
To further develop this work, we are now launching a specific survey regarding autism and learning disability mental health services to gather feedback to help us provide and develop the best mental health support for children and young people now and in the future.
There are three versions of the survey, one for each of the following groups:
- Survey for children and young people to complete
- Survey for parents/carers to complete
- Survey for professionals to complete
The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and will remain open until 30 June 2023.
