Shortlist announced for 2020/21 Staff Excellence Awards

Published on: 20th April 2021

Staff who are making differences to the lives of people with mental health problems and learning disabilities in Lincolnshire will be recognised for their hard work at an awards ceremony in May.

A bill of highly-rated staff and volunteers are included in the full shortlist for Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust's Staff Excellence Awards 2020/21.

Due to the pandemic, the Trust had to cancel last year’s staff excellence awards. It has been a difficult year, but despite this, it’s been amazing to see how all staff across the Trust have adapted quickly to changes required and continued to provide excellent care and support to it's patients and carers.

Over the last year the Trust has also seen continued development, with new services being provided and national recognition being achieved for the work being done. This makes this year’s staff excellence awards even more meaningful and we look forward to celebrating just some of the fantastic achievements we have seen across the Trust.

The judging panel had an extremely difficult time in whittling it down to a final shortlist after over 300 submissions; the response was truly overwhelming, and a great reflection of the hard work and dedication seen from all staff across the Trust every day.

A celebration event will be taking place virtually on Friday 21 May 2021. The winners will be formally announced on that evening.

Details of all of the finalists can be found in the awards brochure.
