Do you want to provide mental health support in a different way?
Our Community Rehabilitation Team is looking for people full of compassion, enthusiasm and energy, who are passionate about working in partnership with people to support their recovery goals and integration into their community.
This is an evolving service. The team already works in partnership with housing, other mental health teams and third sector organisations, however, they aim to create a co-designed service and build on these partnerships to further meet the rehabilitation and recovery needs of individuals accessing the service, and provide intensive support to people in their own homes with a view to working towards independence.
The service adopts a psychological approach to aid understanding of an individual’s distress and has dedicated space for regular case formulation and reflective practice sessions for the team.
