Adult Mental Health Social Care

As of 1 July the adult mental health social care team have transferred to Lincolnshire County Council.

Colleagues transferring to LCC will continue to support adults with mental health needs and undertake Best Interests Assessments, and both organisations remain committed to working closely together to improve outcomes for people who use our services, their families and carers.

There is no intention to reduce or withdraw services as a result of this change.

The team at the Council support adults aged 18 and over with a wide range of needs, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and age-related support needs.

They aim is to help people live as independently as possible and remain active within their communities.

This may include advice, assessments, care services, technology to support people at home, and help for unpaid carers.
