Share your views on our learning disability and autism services

Our autism diagnostic services team has started their initial information gathering as part of the review of all of our services (more information about which can be found earlier in this edition).

They have launched a survey welcoming people’s views on their current service offer, including what works well, and what could be better.

As part of this work, they are also hoping to find people with experience of autism to be more involved in shaping their services in the future. These individuals would be part of an ongoing reference group to help design the future service, develop tools and information that people may find helpful, and act as a critical friend.

The survey is open to anyone currently using these services, anyone who has used them in the recent past, or anyone who may need to use them in the future. They are also open to carers, family members and groups that support autistic people.

You can complete the survey here.

If you would like to be part of future working groups, please contact the Involvement team on lpft.involvement@nhs.net or call 07773 206 341 or 07596 559 645.
