The Trust has policies that support our corporate governance. These include a local anti-fraud, bribery and corruption policy which includes conflicts of interest policy (based on NHS England’s model policy).
The policy is reviewed annually to make sure that we keep a clear and comprehensive approach to managing conflicts of interest. It is also to reduce the risk of bribery and corruption. Our focus with these policies is on openness and transparency.
