Part one

This part of the report is a simple summary of who we are, what we do and what happened in 2022/23.

Our Trust is a large and complex organisation serving the needs of people with mental health problems and learning disabilities and autistic people living in Lincolnshire. 

We were, until 1 April 2023, also commissioned to provide children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing services in North East Lincolnshire.

Part two of this report contains more detail and particular requirements specified by Parliament and our regulator, NHS England.
