CQC inspecting our services from 3 April

Published on: 31st March 2017

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust will be undergoing a week long Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection from 3 April 2017. The re-inspection is taking place after LPFT’s previous CQC inspection in 2015.

We work closely with the CQC throughout the process and we see it as an opportunity to show how we are continuously improving our services and how far we have come since the last visit. While the visit is taking place, the Trust will continue to deliver services which enable people to live well in their communities, keeping patients, their families and carers at the heart of our care.

The CQC team will look at services across the Trust’s four divisions. The inspection includes both planned and unannounced visits, which may take place during the day, at evenings, and at weekends.

If you would like to know more about how the CQC inspects mental health and specialist community services, you can read their guidance. The guidance explains how we will be inspected and how our rating will be calculated following the visit.
