Organisations and groups that support and help people manage their mental health and wellbeing are being invited to bid for the remaining community development fund.
Funding comes from the Mental Health Promotion Fund, which was established by Lincolnshire County Council and is managed by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT).
The fund aims to help adults who have experienced mental health problems to participate in a wide range of activities to help them recover and maintain as good a quality of life as possible.
Grants of up to £2,500 are open for application for those who meet one or more of the following outcomes:
- Information, advice and guidance
- Accessibility and transport
- Social isolation
- Early intervention and prevention
- Health and wellbeing
The beneficiaries will become part of Lincolnshire’s innovative Managed Care Network, a collection of community groups that offer support through various activities to help people recovering from mental ill health, or living with dementia.

The deadline for applications is 5pm on Thursday 22nd November 2018.
