We’re delighted to share that the Grantham Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team has been awarded the prestigious Quality Network for Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams (QNCRHTT) accreditation from The Royal College of Psychiatrists, following an extensive accreditation process.
The team has now joined a national network of crisis resolution and home treatment teams through achieving the QNCRHTT standards.
In order to gain the accreditation, the team had to undertake a challenging self and peer review process that assessed the service across 172 individual standards. The standards provide a clear and comprehensive description of best practice in Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams.
The standards cover the following areas:
- Service provision and structure
- Staffing and training
- Assessment, care planning and treatment
- Patient and carer experience
Achieving the accreditation is a mark of the quality of the service.
