Our Quality Priorities for 2019-21

Published on: 4th January 2019

Continuing to provide high quality and safe services is one of the most important things we consider every year as part of refreshing our ongoing strategy and priorities. Each year as a foundation trust, we are required to identify a set of Quality Priorities and outline how we intend to evidence and measure our success.

This year, six priorities have been developed in response to continuous work around the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP), CQUINs, our CQC inspection and continuous learning from areas of focus.

It is proposed that the new Quality Priorities, set out below, will run for two years to help support longer term embedding and improvement. We are now seeking your input on what is being put forward for 2019-21.

Consultation with members of the public, service uses, governors, directors and staff is an important part of setting the priorities and over the next few weeks we are seeking views on whether you broadly agree with them or if you have any different suggestions on how we might demonstrate and measure them. A short survey has been set up to make it as easy as possible for you to contribute.

The consultation closes on Monday 4 March 2019.
