Food and drink are provided.
There is a garden and a lounge for fresh air and relaxation.
During your stay
During your stay, you will meet different mental health professionals.
They will talk to you about how you feel and what you need.
You can stay up to 48 hours while they help you plan your next steps.
Your care
Your care plan will include talking about your feelings, managing hard emotions and planning for when you leave.
You might be linked with other services like your GP or community mental health teams.

This might include easy-read information or changes to routines.
They respect your beliefs and will consider them in your care.
