Continuous improvement
Our continuous improvement journey involves supporting staff to make the improvements they want to make for their patients and carers on the front line.

We care about our staff and consistently feature highly nationally on the Staff Survey. We are particularly proud that in the latest national staff survey 72% of staff recommended the organisation as a place to work. We also scored the highest nationally for staff morale*.
