Our training for junior doctors continues to be rated top in the East Midlands in the General Medical Council trainee survey.

Lincolnshire Medical School opened its doors in 2019  and we are now moving closer to our ambition to achieve university status.

National Institute for Heath Research (NIHR)

LPFT is a first-class host organisation for National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) studies and offers nationally recognised training. We are known for having a vibrant research culture.

We offer a wealth of opportunities to support staff colleagues with research aspirations and for building a career pathway.

Continuous improvement

Our continuous improvement journey involves supporting staff to make the improvements they want to make for their patients and carers on the front line.

We are proud to report that 72% of our staff would recommend LPFT as a place to work (Staff Survey, 2019).

National Staff Survey

We care about our staff and consistently feature highly nationally on the Staff Survey. We are particularly proud that in the latest national staff survey 72% of staff recommended the organisation as a place to work. We also scored the highest nationally for staff morale*. 

In the latest national staff survey, we scored the second highest nationally for staff feeling safe and healthy*. This highlights our commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of our staff.
