During 2022/23 the Trust did not receive a core, comprehensive or focused inspection from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Furthermore, we have not participated in any special reviews or investigations by the CQC during the reporting period.
The CQC last inspected the Trust’s long stay rehabilitation wards for people of working age between the 10 and 12 March 2020.

All the identified actions from this inspection have now been addressed in a comprehensive action plan as part of our continuous quality improvement.
A clear process was in place to monitor the action plan and check progress, working with operational managers and clinical leads. The action plan was presented to the Trust’s Quality Committee for oversight.
