Every September, the Trust holds an annual public meeting (APM) at which members of the Board of Directors set out the organisation’s financial, quality, and operating priorities for the forthcoming year and disclose sufficient information, both qualitative and quantitative, regarding the organisation’s achievements and operation, to allow governors, staff and members of the public to evaluate its performance.
At the Annual Members’ Meeting, the Lead Governor gives an account of governor activities and the Director of Corporate Governance provides an update on membership demographics.
The 2023 meeting will be held on 11 September 2023. A copy of the meeting programme will be published on the Trust’s website nearer the date of the event.
