Share your views on our Crisis and Urgent Mental Health Services

At Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) we regularly review our services to make sure we are making the best use of the resources we have available to support people.

To help us do this we want to hear from people who have used our services, or maybe haven't, but may want to in the future, to understand what works well, what could be better and what might be missing.

This is something our Crisis and Urgent Mental Health Services are currently looking at and they need your help.

If you have used, or tried to use one of the following services when experiencing a mental health crisis we would like to hear from you.

We have developed a short survey to gather people's views and will be talking to people over the next few months as we look at how we might change our services in the future.

The survey will be open until 15 January 2026 and can be completed online by using this link.

Alternatively, you can scan the QR Code below.
