News from Lincolnshire Wellbeing and Recovery College
To mark World Mental Health Day on Friday 10 October, the Wellbeing and Recovery College delivered one of their most popular sessions: ‘Let’s Talk About It – Mental Health’, as part of the Autumn timetable.
This introductory session is designed to raise awareness and spark conversations around mental health. Delivered in a fun, quiz-based and interactive format, it helps attendees challenge common myths and misconceptions, while exploring practical ways to support their own mental wellbeing and feel more confident talking about mental health.
Below are the upcoming sessions in November:
- Wednesday 5 November 7pm-8:30pm (online via MS Teams)
- Tuesday 18 November 10am-12pm (Park Springs, Gainsborough)
We would love to see you there!
