Next year the Trust will be carrying out a survey to find out what service users think about the care they receive in community mental health teams (both adult and older adult).
This is a part of national programme coordinated by the Care Quality Comission (CQC) to improve quality of care and service user's experience. Your views are important to us.
Taking part in this survey is voluntary and all answers are confidential. If you are selected to take part, your contact details will be used by researchers to carry out the survey.
