Employee Assistance Programme

Introduction

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is provided by Health Assured, the UK’s and Ireland’s leading wellbeing provider. It is a confidential service that provides support and guidance with any personal or professional problems that may affect your overall health and wellbeing. Any colleague, and also immediate family members of colleagues, can use it to access immediate and telephone support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

There are many ways in which the new service can provide support including, but not limited to: face-to-face and online counselling, online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), bereavement support, legal advice, financial management and medical information. Further details are below.

Colleagues can also use the Access to Wisdom wellbeing app which provides a comprehensive guide to health and mental wellbeing and features designed to help track your wellness and improve your mental health.

To contact the helpline, simply call 0800 0280199 and let them know that you work for LPFT.

To log on to the Wisdom wellbeing app, you will need our organisation code which is: MHA338345
