Board of Directors meetings

Our Board of Directors is made up of the Chair, Chief Executive, Executive Directors, and Non-Executive Directors. Our Council of Governors appoint the Chair and non-executive directors for a fixed term of up to three years. The Chief Executive and executive directors are appointed by the non-executive directors. 

Board of directors' meetings are held on the dates listed below and these meetings are open to the public. The agenda and papers for the meetings will be posted on this page approximately seven days prior to the meeting. 15 minutes is allowed at the start of the meeting to respond to questions previously notified from the public.

The meetings in 2025/2026 are scheduled to take place on:

  • Thursday 11 December 2025

  • Thursday 12 February 2026

  • Thursday 9 April 2026

  • Thursday 11 June 2026

  • Thursday 13 August 2026

  • Thursday 8 October 2026

  • Thursday 10 December 2026

  • Thursday 11 February 2027

The next meeting takes place on Thursday, 11 December 2025 at 9 am. The link to watch the meeting will be added to the website one week before the meeting.
